Product Features:
1.Environmentally friendly and non-corrosive: does not contain acidic substances and will not corrode sensitive materials such
as metals, glass, mirrors, etc.
2.Wide adhesion: suitable for glass, ceramic, aluminum, stone, plastic, wood (need to primer) and other materials.
3.Strong weather resistance: resistant to ultraviolet rays, high and low temperature resistance (-50℃~200℃), it is not easy to
age when used outdoors for a long time.
4.Excellent elasticity: maintains flexibility after curing and can withstand seam displacement (±25% expansion).
5.Anti-mold and waterproof: No mold in humid environments (comply with ISO 846 anti-mold standard), suitable for bathrooms
and kitchens.
6.Construction-friendly: No irritating odor, moderate curing time (top drying for about 30 minutes, completely curing for 24
hours).
Application:
1.Construction fields: door and window frame sealing, curtain wall joints, sunroom glass bonding. Stone dry hanging,
aluminum plate joints, roof waterproof joints.
2.Home decoration: Bathroom basin and shower room are sealed; kitchen countertops and sink edges are waterproof. Floor
skirting line and wall decorative strips are fixed.
3.Industrial uses: automotive lamp sealing, electronic components waterproofing, ventilation duct connection. Insulation layer
sealing of cold storage
Things to note:
1.Surface treatment: Clean and dry the substrate. Oil and dust must be wiped with alcohol or special detergent. It is
recommended to apply primer first to enhance adhesion for porous materials (such as concrete, wood).
2.Construction conditions: The ambient temperature is recommended to be 5℃~40℃. Excessive humidity may lead to curing
delay. Cut the extruded rubber nozzle into a 45° oblique angle, apply glue at a constant speed and compact it with a scraper.
3.Safety protection: Avoid direct contact with uncured colloids in the skin. If you accidentally get contaminated, you can clean it
with soapy water. Keep ventilated and do not inhale volatile gas for a long time before curing.
4.Curing management: Avoid contact with water or external force squeezing within 24 hours. It takes 3-7 days to fully cure
(depending on the thickness).
